The Kosha model is the key guiding framework we use in Yoga Psychology, supporting us to cultivate greater awareness and understanding of our being, through our multiple subtle ‘bodies’.

Each day you will be sent recorded practices that gently guide you from your physical body, energy body and emotional body, to the inner wisdom body and bliss body.

The Yoga Psychology practices will guide you in

With over 15 years of experience in Psychology and over a decade in Yoga teaching, the discovery of Yoga Therapy in 2018 was my dharma and calling. 

Since 2017, I’ve been running a successful business as The Yoga Psychologist, supporting 100s of individuals on the therapy journey in integrated healing; and connecting with 1000s of people facilitating workshops and courses, and delivering teaching and trainings.

Do I have to complete it in 5 days?

The journey is self-paced and recorded, so you can practice in your own time, at your own pace. Repeat & replay to your heart's pleasure!

What do I need?

Your wonderful self! Comfortable clothing for movement and meditation; Zoom access and a quiet space. … a notebook and pen.
