With over 16 years of experience in Psychology and over a decade in Yoga teaching, the discovery of Yoga Therapy in 2018 was my dharma and calling.
Since 2017, I’ve been running a successful business as The Yoga Psychologist, supporting 100s of individuals on the therapy journey in integrated healing; and connecting with 1000s of people facilitating workshops and courses, and delivering teaching and trainings.
